ABOUT US - Law and Notary Office Grandini

The lawyer Giorgio Grandini, established his offices in Lugano, in Via Vegezzi 4, in August 1985 (in the historical building of the Insurance company Baloise Group) after completing his law studies at the University of Bern, and after having worked for a few years as a jurist in the, at that time, Public Economics Cantonal Department (directed by Hon. Flavio Cotti) and after having concluded his lawyer traineeship at the legal offices of Prof. Stefano Ghiringhelli in Bellinzona.

The legal office was initially focused on administrative law, but then extended its field of action to civil and commercial law.

In the '90s, Atty. Gianfranco Barone joined the legal office and an associated law office was established in partnership with Atty. Simonetta Scolari, in Locarno (still operating as Studio Scolari-Grandini in Via Bartolomeo Varenne 75, Locarno).

In the early 2000s, Atty. Lorenzo Medici replaced Gianfranco Barone (who established his own law office).

In 2004, the legal office  moved to Via Motta 24 (GiFeSte building), where it is currently operating under the banner
